I will work with you to design a plan tailored to your needs. Whilst working the whole body, we can pay particular attention to those areas you want to target the most. A programme designed for YOU!

You will start with an initial consultation to obtain physical measurements but also delve into your diet and lifestyle habits to identify what changes could be made. We will discuss your goals and realistic time frame to achieve them. From this I calculate your ideal calorie intake and what this looks like in Fat, Carbohydrates and Protein .

Then I provide:

  • cumulative weekly diet and activity goals for you
  • I will analyse your food diary once every 2 weeks
  • Send meal and snack ideas and recipes tailored to your goals
  • Take fortnightly measurements and progress charting,

… and much more which will all be written up and handed to you in your individual e-portfolio to keep after the 8 weeks has completed.
